Organization owners are responsible for account security, role assignments, and actions performed through user accounts.

  • Maintain accurate account and billing details
  • Restrict sensitive permissions to authorized users
  • Use MFA and session management controls for admin accounts

Subscriptions and limits

Feature access and throughput are governed by active subscription status and plan limits tied to projects, users, and publishing volume.

  • Upgrades and downgrades apply according to the current billing cycle
  • Exceeded limits may pause specific automation paths
  • Non-payment can result in restricted product access

Refund and cancellation policy

MagnetWrite AI is a software-as-a-service platform with instant digital delivery. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, with access continuing until the end of the current billing period.

  • Service access is granted immediately upon successful payment
  • Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled anytime with no further charges
  • Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after the 7-day trial period
  • Refund requests within 7 days of initial purchase may be considered on a case-by-case basis
  • Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle
  • No refunds are provided for partial billing periods or unused features

Suspension and termination

Accounts may be suspended for abuse, policy violations, or unpaid balances. Data export and deletion requests are handled per policy.
